Vintage Grunge Textures by -Princess-of-Shadows- This can be used for so many different uses. From Page Backgrounds to photo borders and photo mats to being cut into shapes to have the new shapes come to life on the page.

Below is an example of what I did to make a word out of the Vintage Grunge Texture.

The Grunge Text was Created using Multiple Layers and using a Layer Clip (Sounds more complicated then it really is)  to get the words to fill with the texture. You can used this technique with any photo or texture you find. Directions at Photoshop Essentials.
